Riverview Golf and Country Club

Our Legacy was established in 1947 and is home to one of the finest courses in Northern California and the top Private Course in the Redding area. It is a highly rated, beautifully maintained 18-hole course that offers an exquisite driving range, superb practice facilities, and a wide range of social and golf-related activities with something that everyone can enjoy.

Men

A variety of golfing events are scheduled for your golfing enjoyment. Member/Guest, Redding Pro-Am and the Men's Club Championship are just a few of the tournaments that are held each year. Men's handicaps are subject to the rules and regulation of the Northern California Golf Association and the USGA. Call the Pro Shop for details.

Seniors

For members 50 or over, this organization provides tournaments on the first Tuesday of each month. Play includes travel to other clubs in Red Bluff, Chico, Shastina, Fall River Mills and southern Oregon.

Women

The Riverview Woman's Golf Association (RWGA) is open to any woman having a golf membership at Riverview Golf and Country Club or to any unmarried daughter, 18 years or older, under the sole support of a golfing member. Every Wednesday is Ladies Day. The Ladies Pro-Am, Club Championship, and Ladies Invitational are just a few of the tournaments held each year for the women. In addition, the RWGA schedules special tournament events each month during summer play. They also play a series of Home-N-Home events with other area clubs. Ladies handicaps are governed by the Woman's Golf Association of Northern California (WGANC).

Couples

RGCC has a very active couple's activity schedule. In the summer, we schedule nine-hole Sunset Golf events followed by dinner. In June we have the Couples Member-guest, a three-day event for couples play.

Juniors

RGCC supports a very active and comprehensive Junior Golf program which runs for six weeks during the summer. The program concludes each year with a parent/child tournament and awards dinner.
